Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using Stelliq Tech ("the Service", "the Platform"), you ("the Clinic", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement under Israeli law between you and Stelliq Tech, operated by Amit Rodak ("we", "us").

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Stelliq Tech is a SaaS (Software as a Service) dental clinic management platform that provides:

• Patient record management
• Appointment scheduling and calendar
• AI-powered patient insights (via Claude AI by Anthropic)
• A branded patient app (appointments, records, reminders)
• Business analytics and reporting
• Data export (Excel / PDF)

The Service is intended for licensed dental clinics and dental professionals operating in Israel. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are a licensed dental professional or authorized clinic administrator
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the authority to bind your clinic to these terms
• You will use the Service in compliance with all applicable Israeli laws and regulations

You must register an account to use the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at clinic@dent-a.online
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Stelliq Tech is offered on a subscription basis. Plans are priced based on the size of your clinic:

• Solo: ₪199/month — 1 dentist, up to 300 active patients
• Clinic: ₪399/month — up to 5 dentists, unlimited patients, full feature access
• Practice: ₪699/month — unlimited dentists and patients, dedicated onboarding and SLA support

A 14-day free trial is available with no credit card required. After the trial period, a valid payment method is required to continue using the Service. All prices are in Israeli Shekels (ILS) and include VAT where applicable.

Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. Annual plans are billed once for the year at a discounted rate. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period.

Merchant of Record: Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record (reseller) for all purchases. Your purchase is therefore subject to Paddle's buyer terms in addition to these terms. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and tax collection.

Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Plan accuracy: You agree to select the plan that accurately reflects the size of your clinic. If your usage indicates a higher tier than your selected plan (based on patient volume, appointment frequency, or number of active users), we reserve the right to upgrade your plan accordingly with 7 days' notice.

You are the data controller for all patient data you enter into the platform. You agree that:

• You have obtained all necessary consents from patients to store and process their data
• You will use patient data only for legitimate clinical purposes
• You will not enter data of minors without parental consent
• You are responsible for the accuracy of patient records
• You will comply with Israeli medical record-keeping requirements

Stelliq Tech acts as a data processor on your behalf and will process patient data only as instructed by you and as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other clinics' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the platform
• Use automated scripts to scrape or abuse the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Use the AI features to generate misleading medical advice

The AI patient insights feature is provided for informational and administrative purposes only. AI-generated insights:

• Do not constitute medical advice
• Should not replace professional clinical judgment
• May contain errors and should be verified by a licensed professional

Stelliq Tech is not liable for any clinical decisions made based on AI-generated content.

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with or without prior notice. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

All intellectual property in the Stelliq Tech platform — including code, design, branding, and AI prompts — belongs to Stelliq Tech. You retain full ownership of all patient and clinic data you enter into the platform.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, subject to our Refund Policy.

Upon account closure:

• You may export your data at any time before closure via the Reports section
• After the billing period ends, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• You may request immediate deletion by contacting clinic@dent-a.online

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by Israeli law, Stelliq Tech's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits or data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel. We encourage you to contact us first at clinic@dent-a.online to resolve any dispute before initiating legal proceedings.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
